After-hours or technical support
billed at 1 and 1/2 times the rate with the exception of Level 3 support
agreement.
*Term: Contracts are billed
quarterly in advance. This contract will automatically renew after the initial
term of the contract and will
continue on an annual basis unless cancelled, in
writing, by client or TAI.
*Standard support agreement may be different
depending on customers custom modifications to software.
Above rates apply only to software authored by TAI
Consulting. Third party applications are not covered in above example.
